How the Heat-Sensitive Activation Works

This immediately releases the pressure, firing the 6 kg of ABC mono-ammonium phosphate powder downward. The powder covers the fire source completely, cutting off oxygen and stopping the blaze before it can spread to the rest of the building. The deflector shield at the bottom ensures the powder spreads in a wide, even pattern.
